You’ve stopped losing weight because your body is conserving — it thinks you’re going to starve.
No, don’t binge and starve, binge and starve. That will end up with you gaining even more weight.
Instead, go on a more reasonable diet, increase your activity (walk a lot, dance, whatever).
Keep it up over time, and you will lose weight.
Fast weight loss will end up coming back — and more. With each cycle you end up fatter.
Don’t try to lose too fast.
I know you didn’t want a lecture against starvation, but you asked how to lose weight, and starving is NOT a good way.
BTW, if you have increased you activity, then you don’t have a problem. You could be losing fat and gaining muscle. Since muscle weighs more, you don’t lose weight, but you lose fat, which is good.
What you want is to be healthy, not weigh some particular amount (the “right” weight depends on a lot of things, not just your height).
