tinfoilchef.com I found a recipe for salmon patty burgers that I’m going to be trying (and changing to suit me of course) today, if it turns out as good as it sounds I’ll be doing a video on how to make it soon. I’m also working on a new episode of “Points of View” that will be going up on my “Iamnotahamster” channel either tonight or tomorrow. Why is it that most people vlogging about weight loss are women and most (not all) of the guys doing videos about it are actually just selling something? The main thing I’m talking about today is those seeming miracle weight loss plans like one called “fatloss4idiots”. In my opinion this plan and plans like it are designed mainly to separate idiots from their money. In exchange for a purchase price and a “continuity program” (translate that $30, $40 or more per month) you get access to a meal plan generator. You pick a certain number of foods from a list of 40 or so items and it generates a plan based on those choices. You’re allowed to eat as much as you want but only from those foods. Then after 9 to 11 or so days of this you get three or four days off from the plan during which you can eat as much of anything you want. It typically promises that you’ll lose 9 or 11 pounds in like a week and a half or so. The problem is that because of how it’s made you’ll lose the weight alright… over and over and over again. The food list is low glycemic index foods, which basically puts you on a low carb type diet [NOTE: There's nothing wrong with low carb diets in and of themselves]. During the first two weeks or so of such a diet you’ll lose 10 to 15 pounds… of water weight. Then when you’re on the three or four days off you gain it right back again. In my opinion, this is NOT a realistic way to lose weight. The basic rule of losing weight is to burn more calories than you eat. End of story. The way you KEEP that weight off is to change your lifestyle and eating habits so that your eating and exercise level is enough to maintain your desired weight without gaining. This video was brought to you in part by www.domaincarryout.com .
at one time it could have been a 90 day deal but it is not any more.
this is a quote from the actual click bank sales page “Please remember that this is just a ONE TIME CHARGE, and you’ll never be billed again for anything. *Whichever package you choose………you’ll only be charged ONCE and you’ll never be billed again, so you can feel safe when ordering.”
@TinFoilChefDotCom oh and guess what that info on 3 ****** is out dated. .FatLoss4Idiots ($27 U.S./$31.47 Cdn for 90-day access to website)
thats not the price and it is a one time fee now!
Oh I’ll check it out, though the new video is already rendering so anything I have to say about that forum will be in a later video
@TinFoilChefDotCom well since your making another video then maybe you should check out the fat loss 4 idiots forum so you can get more info. they even have a place that has success stories and people that it didnt work for.
fatloss4idiotsforum(dot)com
based on that comment I can only assume that you didn’t bother to read the page I provided. That’s ok, wait for my next video and I’ll read it for everyone
just because something can be returned does not mean it isn’t a scam.
I haven’t said anything that isn’t true. Watch for my next video
here is a quote from you “people promoting it have, in their promotional efforts, made it VERY difficult for Joe Customer to find honest reviews”
So what does that mean when you flat out lie in your reviews. I think it kinda hurts your credibility.
and guess what if you bought it and you don’t like it then you can just return it.
so there is no loss for you because you can try it for several sessions and if it doesn’t work then freaking return it. so how can that be a scam.
It would be a scam if you buy it and you cant return it.
@TinFoilChefDotCom I have no problem with you giving your opinion. But if you make stuff up and lie. Foe example: you say, that people have to keep paying over and over again every month is a flat out lie.. And you don’t lose water weight and then gain it all back. If you bought the program they tell you up front that you shouldn’t expect to lose 9 pounds in 11 days. They do say it is possible but most people don’t. They also say you get out of it what you put into it, just like any diet.
it’s even easier when it’s actually crap
IF you’ve lost weight then congratulations to you. However in all my searching to find out more about this thing, it was very difficult to find reviews that were not written by people trying to promote it. However after WEEKS of searching I did fine ONE actual objective review.
3fatchicks(dot)com(slash)the-idiot-proof-diet
After reading that review I can draw no conclusion other than this “diet” is a scam and I stand by that opinion.
making money is fine and I have no problem with affiliate programs in and of themselves. What I did have a problem with concerning fatloss4idiots is that BECAUSE it’s an affiliate product, people promoting it have, in their promotional efforts, made it VERY difficult for Joe Customer to find honest reviews by people that have used it instead of phony “reviews” that were written by people trying to build links from article sites
Actually it so happens that I have a clickbank account and know full well how their system works. I’m also aware that there are good products being sold through them. It is simply my opinion that fatloss4idiots is not one of them.
and guess what, If it is a click bank product they give you 8 weeks to try it out and if you dont like it you can return it and get a full refund.
Most stores don’t give you 8 weeks to try something.
It really pisses me off when people like you don’t have a clue to how things work and you just run your mouth off and lie to people.
Just to let you know buying something online from an affiliate is no different then buying something from in a store that advertises a product. The people invest there time and money building websites should be able to make money just like someone that owns a store.
Its easy to say something is crap when you have your head up your ***.
